Common questions
How do buyers pay for tickets?
With MTN MoMo or Airtel Money on their phone, or by card. The ticket is issued as soon as the payment is confirmed.
How are tickets checked at the gate?
Each ticket carries a unique QR code. Your team scans or looks it up from a phone, and a ticket that has already been used is flagged immediately.
Can I sell different ticket types?
Yes. Create as many types as you need — early bird, regular, VIP, table — each with its own price and quantity.
Do I need a card reader or a POS device?
No. Selling and checking in both work from ordinary phones, so a gate team needs nothing beyond the devices they already carry.
