AfricaDecides is a product of Executive captionz Limited — a civic-tech platform built to make voting, competitions, school elections and events simpler, safer and more transparent across Africa.

We started with a simple idea: every community, school and organiser deserves access to world-class voting technology that works on the phones people already own. From Mobile Money payments to secret ballots, we bring together the tools organisers need to run credible polls and the experiences voters love to take part in.

What we do

AfricaDecides powers two distinct modes. Competition Mode supports paid and free voting with public leaderboards — perfect for pageants, talent awards and fan campaigns. Election Mode delivers secret ballots, one verified voter per ballot and sealed results for school, institutional and organisational elections.

We also provide event ticketing, registration forms, judge scoring, livestream access, gate verification and organiser dashboards — all from one platform.
